Summerwood is a peaceful, wooded community of approximately 100 homes offering a wide range of amenities to all its members. Situated in the heart of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, our beautiful community offers the best in mountain recreation and active living.

Summerwood members and guests enjoy access to on-site amenities including tennis courts, pickleball courts, a swimming pool, plus a clubhouse featuring a gathering room, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, racquetball court and half-court basketball.

Clubhouse hours: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm every day.

With the exception of the major summer holidays, the clubhouse gathering room and part of the outdoor pool area can be reserved for private parties.

Summerwood is managed by our Homeowners Association and services are provided by a local property management company.
