Exterior painting of Summerwood HOA buildings and common elements such as fences, rails and house number posts will commence today, June 30, 2025.  Shawn Cook has been working tirelessly to make repairs where needed in advance of the exterior painting.  The work will be performed by Allman Painting part of Mountain Pro Painting in Frisco.  https://mountainpropainting.com/companies  A huge thanks to Shawn for obtaining competitive bids and for making sure that the neighborhood was ready for this project.
